ok, i started growing a little plant under a few household cfl's a few weeks ago, i can't remember how long, maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago give or take. it's about 7 - 9 inches high. It's showing some body for sure. it was to the point where i had to either buy grow lights or give up because i was definitely not going to have enough light under these cfl's. I decided to get a HPS on friday. on monday i went to walmart and found some regular bulb that was 200 watt, and another that is 300 watts. puts out 9000 lumens. i bought it thinking it would hold me over until friday, but when i put my plant under it, it hated it. it started drooping and everything else. I also changed it's soil too, so i had to take it out of it's roots. I figured it was drooping cause i did that, but now it's been 3 days and it is still drooping. So today i went out, and bought a 400 watt hps. i figure this plant could go into flowering in a few weeks so i'll just keep up with this one, then start like 4-6 next time. I put it under this morning, it's been under all day, looking a little better, still droopy. it's on 18/6 by the way. i'm not using fertilizer, what would you guys recommend i'm totally in the dark.
