I need to start using ferts because my lower leaves have statred to turn yellow and get dead spots i found out that i need k and i realize now that because i just started using 6-3-0 i had laying around it was unballanced. so im going to make some of sids mix using miracke grow patio, epsom salt and o2 pluss. but how often do u use the mix will i keep on adding the mix every time i water? do i ever just use straight water after starting ferts besides flushing? And i can use sids mix for making hydro solution for soil right?
depending on your strain and the conditions that you have given your plant(s)... you can use ferts every watering. Most growers try to add nutrients until their plants show a tiny amount of burn on the tips of the leaves. this lets you know that you have maximized your plants nutrient intake.
i am pretty sure it is brown at the tip and a little yellow behind it but THATS IT no more yellow than that
