yeah it's still too young. think around weeks 5-6. they'll show up around the 6th inter-node. real nodes..with real leaves and branches, not those weak ones down low. slightly off topic....but, the first couple nodes are always small and weakish ..good for clones ( the little branches they produce) to save plant in case it's keeper I have found, but will never yield much.
Cant tell yet and be patient. If its a male its not like it going to in 1 day ruin your females. Usually Cannabis takes 3-4 weeks to be mature enough to show sex and it needs to be in flowering. There is such a dramatic difference between male and female plants if you cant tell you will need your vision checked.
