my friend doesnt believe me when I told him you get a felony if you get busted and your substance is in more then one bag. am I right?
Greetings, I'm not familiar with the finer points of drug prosecution, but you're more or less correct. When you have substances split into multiple bags, it can be used as evidence of drug trafficking, which is indeed a felony. if they can prove intent to sell then its a felony (in California), and thats generally what they infer from multiple bags. If you have 2 bags I don't think its a problem, but if you have 20 dimes...
