Feeling sick after smoking

  1. So about 4 days ago I smoked weed with some of my friends, I smoked a shitload and it was strong weed too. We used joints, a bottle bong and a glass pipe. I hadn't really eaten/drank anything at all before smoking (we smoked at like 6pm) but I ate a ton of crap while I was high. I had a good high for a few hours, but later that night I started feeling nauseous and then I threw up three times. Ever since that night I've been feeling really sick (it's now 4 days later, as I said). I feel as if I've got a bad case of the flu - blocked nose, really sore throat, joint pain, shivers, etc. I also feel kinda spaced out, almost like I'm still a little high, and I've had little to no appetite. Things don't seem completely real. I just wanna know what's going on, and why I feel like this. Is it the weed's fault or do I have the flu or what? Thanks in advance for all responses

  2. If things "don't seem real" you could have a wee dose of derealisation, it drops your immune system so you could be susceptible to the flu. Just get plenty of vitamins, clean carbs and protein in you and you'll feel better.

  3. Thank you very much for the swift response.
Could you please tell me a little more about derealisation? How may I overcome it?

  4. Derealisation is a form of anxiety so it means what you are experiencing is all in your head it's not a physical condition. Baring in mind it might not be DR I'm not a doctor haha
I had a dose of it about a year ago and got over it by keeping at peace, eating healthy and exercising everyday. It was a blessing as I've gone up in weight and gained a lot of muscle. Personally I'd lay off the herb and cut down on stimulants (caffeine) for a while.
Feel free to shoot me a PM anytime.
