Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by darrenmurray, Jul 21, 2015.

  1. hi all

im probably going to get a lot of slack for this but im really looking for some help, if you can.

so i smoked weed 9 weeks ago whilst very drunk for the first time properly in 6 years. started to freak out when it really hit me,had a panic attack. havent felt myself since. the first 4 weeks i was pretty much out of it, feeling groggy and dizzy and very paranoid about having damaged myself. a couple weeks after that i started having weird dreams and psychedelic dreams and stuff and feeling weird throughout the day and now i feel like i dont even know who i am anymore. dont know whats goin on but its kinda scaring me. ive already been to doctor and had blood tests done. came back normal and said i may have anxiety etc. i was fine before i smoked that dumb ass weed.

  2. dumb ass weed? Boo this man! Boo!

  3. You have depersonalisation the exact thing happened to me a few months ago, the worse part is not knowing what it was trust me dude you'll be back back down to earth soon maybe another few weeks. Don't google your symptoms you'll only scare yourself. It's caused by anxiety you've just got to ignore it and be at peace. Get plenty of vitamin c for the boost of serotonin and vitamin b as it helps ease stress. If you need any help or info shoot me a pm op.

  4. thanks bro!!!

  5. Y u gotta blame it on the weed :( alcohols the one that's bad for you.

  6. he blames the substances when he should realy just blame himself

  7. Weed is known to bring on depersonalization/derealization. Alcohol is a deppresant and isnt likely to cause a panic attack where as Cannabis is a psychedelic known to bring on anxiety and panic.

  8. When that happens to me it's not the weed.
It's jerking off to much to porn, thinking of all the women I'll never have sex with gives me panic attacks.

  9. Sure it's not from all those goats you were fucking out in Iraq ;)

  10. Never in Iraq, I was in Afghanistan and yes it may have been the goats to..

  11. Damn more of a camel man myself... Prefer the challenge.

  12. Mate, whatever caused this longstanding episode is a mystery to me. Cannabis and alcohol have a synergistic effect- they're stronger together than by themselves. Maybe one or the other in the future, or less of each.
I think Kush cookies gave the best answer. You need to take care of yourself right now. That means eating right (even if it's hard- you gotta do it), exercise (even just walking), getting regular and enough sleep, and regular schedule. Hold off on anything important if you can until you feel better if possible. Again, just take care of yourself, mate. Get feeling better, be patient. At least you know your blood work is ok. Good luck.

  13. It's all in your head man. His mind isn't stable enough.

  14. What's all in my head?
