Feeling Happier, Days After You Smoke.

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by MesKiDcudi, Nov 30, 2011.

  1. So recently I've noticed a trend in myself. A couple weeks ago, I was happier than I had been in a while. I was completely content with everything in my life. I realized that was 2 days after I finished smoking my last pickup. I re-upped last week and killed that bud. Me and that strain didn't get along too well; it made me kinda trip out about little things that I really shouldn't be worrying about. But it's bud, so I smoked it.. Anyways, I finished my last few bowls 2 nights ago. And today I woke up feeling great. I felt like I looked great, I talked a lot more than usual and I just had a really good day.

Anyways, for those of you that missed the point, both times I finished off my pickups, 2 days later I felt an overwhelming sense of happiness. Everything just seems to be going right...

I'm curious to know if any of you have ever experienced this?

  2. I echo your sentiments, but it is a much, much slower process for me, one that results from introspection and turning a critical lens to my life and what I truly want from it, and from that, slowly working towards just being a happier person in general. Maybe similar experiences are just catching up with you?

  3. When I smoke for a long time than quit, about 3 weeks after I have the exact same feeling. But for weeks. Maybe even a month.

  4. No if im dry im usually in a bad mood

Yeah the shitty thing is I felt great until I picked up again and had bud to smoke, I don't know if it was the strain or what, but after smoking it I didn't feel as happy.

I seem to do that on a regular basis. I tend to think about the person I am and the person I want to be all the time. I look at things as "the big picture" 100% of the time.

  8. yeah i suffer from depression and when i'm smoking every day or near that amount, whenever i'm sober i'm still pretty content. however after months of not smoking, i was definitely not.

  9. Smoking up really relieves stress, dude. It's great that you're feeling the happiness even days after :)
