didn't find the film interesting enough to watch.. but it was a depressing situation.. he's brave as hell tho..

I watched the whole thing, and it was pretty interesting. I really feel bad for him. It must suck knowing you will never get to see your wife again and be able to see your kids grow up. With that said, he's had an amazing life. He's experienced love, happiness, the pursuit of knowledge, and had children. Though his life is cut short, he has had a full life. I would feel much worse and do feel worse for children who have not had these experiences and who are dying.
That was definatly a motivating video . It's good to see someone so optimistic , expecially when they are dying . This should be a message to all of us... if this guy can be happy with only a few months to live , then why can't we be happy with our little insignificant problems .
well also your mind thinks a little differently when you have 2 months left to live. you want to enjoy those last few months. someone who is going to live for 60 more years obviously isnt going to be that happy. even though they should be that happy thats not how our minds work
But the fact is that no one knows that they will live for another 60 years ... you , or I could die tomorrow . So that's why we should all live today like it's our last , because it very well could be . That man just knows that he will be dead soon , we may be , but just don't know it . What he is doing is what I think most of us should do , live like you only have a short period to live ... stay positive .
I hope I'm that optimistic if I know I'm going to die... I'm sure enjoying every last moment is helping his family out a tremendous amount emotionally, too. He sure can give a motivational lecture, too. From the video snippet he seems like he would have been a great professor to have.
I check on this dude's website everyday to see how he's doin'. It's amazing how positive his attitude is even knowing that he only has months to live... keeps me feeling good about life
