I've not heard anyone succeeding with this, some mention rice water the water you wash with rice before cooking thats great on seedlings but as for the above I think not, heat does too much damage

100% organic then you may try the north Korean idea of feeding fermented poop being you eat organic
but its an acquired taste be warned(many will care little will note)

  3. This is along the lines of Gil Garadang and the Unconventional Farmer. Link https://www.unconventionalfarmsupply.com/unconventional-farmer-links
He calls it fpe and its a water based extract, which is different than KNF fpe which uses sugar to actually ferment the material. He doesnt use heat, and uses leaf material. I dont think you net a lot of nutrients using your method but, I have heard my entire life that boiling vegetables removes a good amount of nutrients, and I think that is a position supported by the FDA. That being said, I dont think you could hurt things too much, and may get some benefit. I get your vibe of “why toss the water, if I can do something good for my plants with it”, as well as conserving water as a precious resource.
I would experiment with plants that are well established, then work towards trying it on younger specimens.
    Cheers

  4. Yeah well one thing we know for sure is there's definitely no more enzymes after food is boiled/cooked but there is still some nutrients, as long as there is no salt.. I would dilute the water with fresh or rain water and test on the bigger plants first like OS said :)
