feeding during flowering ?

Can somebody give me some advice on what i should be feeding my plants?.
They have been flowering about 2 weeks, and buds are forming well. Ihad thought that Miracle gro would be ok since it is high in P but subsequently read elsewhere on the forums that this was not a good idea. This being the case, what the hell do i give them ? any ideas ?.
