Hi, i've recently bought an 8-tree perc bong and a few other things from the shop and i must say, i am very satisfied with this piece. it's exactly what i wanted Though i requested the tracking number and that didn't get a response, was kinda bugged by that. but nevertheless it's here now and thats the main thing :3
If you didn't receive tracking info automatically, you're probably receiving your package via standard ground shipping which often doesn't come with tracking services unless it's via UPS or another private company. In case you're still interested in getting a hold of someone, if you made the request anytime around the holiday season, it was probably lost out of all of the confusion and should resubmit your issue. If it was more recently (after the holidays), then it probably hasn't been long enough for your request to be processed.
