I have a 7' 4"w x11' 4d" x7'h room with dedicated 30amp 240v and 20amp 120v lines. Ballists and water tanks are out of the room. It is insulated, sheetrocked and completely sealed. I have 4 2'x4' trays, 2 50gal tanks, air pump, 550gpm water pumps, 300w water heaters, 750cfm inline fan, timers for lights and pumps. Thermostat control for fan. temp/humidity meter. Ph meter. Carbon filter. 2 1000w HPS lights... I am doing a ebb and flow hydro setup with rockwool as the soil media. The pressing question I have now is "Can I use some standard hoods(free) or do I need vented hoods in this small room? I am putting 32 plants in here and welcome any advice or feedback...
I am still putting the room together. I have all the supplies and the room is sealed. It will be painted today then I will start putting in the ventilation and wireing all the timers, pumps, heaters and lights... Mostly I need to know if I need vented hoods in a rroom this size running 2 1000 watt HPS lights. Thanks.
sounds nice, but i dont think your giving the plant enough room to breath... Or maybe im just bad with measurements. a picture would be nice, all the words turns into blah in my head.
