I'm a real carnivore: 1st. beef (rib-eye, steak, T-bone) 2nd. porc 3th. lamb Since I have to watch my cholesterol I now try to eat lean beef or lamb only, although I enjoy bacon, ham and porc chops lots. Further on I am also fond of all kinds of sea food. Bon appetite! PS: chicken on the other hand; and especially the disgusting taste of hormone-loaded-salmonella-infected-bio-industry-bred chicken, make me almost puke!
