Favorite Electronic Music

Discussion in 'Clubs, DJ’s and Festivals' started by JayTokerson, Mar 25, 2014.

  1. From more to less favorite:

Deadmau5, Griz, Odeza, Gramatik, Pete Tong, Wave Racer, many more

  2. I repost stuff fairly often on My Soundcloud

I'm mostly into the infinitely endless genres of House, but get into trap, drum n bass (some of my favorite songs are DnB) and other genres very often as well.

Some of my current favorite artists with some examples:
    - Autograf : All We Need, Cool, and Metaphysical
    - Lucian : Here, TRNDSTTR, and Raise a Glass
    - LVNDSCAPE - Waterfalls, Forever and a Day

    - The Him - Feels Like Home, To The River

    - Major Lazer : Besides Lean On; Be Together, Powerful, Lost, and All My Love
    - T-Mass : All Around the World (throwback song if you've been around), Sweet Nothing

    - Vanic : Borderline, Losing You, Hypnotic, Can't Sleep, and his remix of Be Together

    - Zed's Dead : Wet Dollars (not his typical style, but great track)
    - Nebbra : Too Original

I'm realizing I can go on and on. I love to share music. Whether you like more hype stuff, chill, or somewhere in between I'm sure you can discover something new that hits the spot on my soundcloud.

Zeds Dead and Major Lazer are pretty good, will have to check out the rest. I am addicted to Infected Mushroom. The first thing I heard from them was their single Symphonatic, it was overlayed in a video game clip I was watching and had to track down who it was. I later really got into psychedelics and furthered my love for Infected Mushroom. Gotta have some good headphones to really hear the detail in their music.

Absolutely! I bought some studio headphones and a sound card and they were some of the best purchases I've ever made.

The Zed's Dead track I posted up is a lot different from his typical style, but I've been listening to it a lot lately. He has a lot of versatility - a lot of talent.

There's a lot of variety in what I posted there. So if you don't like some don't be afraid to try other tracks.

Unknown has some good Trap if you're into it:

For the DnB Lovers here's a couple:

Drum and Bass has a special place in my heart. It always will. Nu:Logic's remix of Wings is still an all time favorite of mine. I have a lot of wonderful memories attached to it.

  6. I'm a huge basshead.

Drum & Bass, Garage, Dubstep (not the new overhyped stuff) and early hardstyle.

This is probably the best stuff to listen to high:
