Milk is like oil in our place. Me and one roomie bought a mini fridge dedicated to milk and booze, just to hide from the others. But I'd say neither. I prefer 2%
Fresh, raw, un-altered and non-pasteurized milk is what I prefer. Illegal in the US, of course, so it's very hard for me to find any.
