Fat Drug Testing Help

  1. Hey Guys, I'm looking for a little advice. I haven't smoked for at least 5 weeks, maybe 6 depending on my memory. Before that I smoked around an eighth and a half in a few days. Immediately before that I didn't smoke for about a month (home with the parents for winter break). I'm pretty big. 6'0 325ish. Not a lot of exercise. I recently bought a couple super cheap THC urine tests online and failed the first one on March 1st, but have since gotten faint lines as results for the last 4 (1 per week). The advice is so scatter shot on this topic that I'm pretty confused. I'd totally be willing to start working out and eating certain foods if it will help, but like I said, advice is pretty broad and all sides are represented. Not sure when my test will be. I'd say anywhere from 2 weeks to a month and a half. Thanks guys.

    UPDATE: I just read that exercising is a generally good idea. Just stop about a week before. Thanks guys
     
  2. Just keep drinking water. Seriously its what works the best. I'm talkin lots of water to, like your eyes should be swimmin. If your pee is clear, its a good sign. If its not, DRINK MORE! :wave:

    +exercise also while you're detoxing dont eat huge meals. I forgert why that helps but it does!

  4. Another thing I forgot, you've totally got time on your side. I'm a big guy to and I smoked everyday for well over 3 months, had 12 days to prepare for a drug test (piss test) and passed it just by drinking water. From now till your test just drink water all day every day and you'll be fine. :p
     
  5. Why would you stop exercising a week before? As mentioned previous be drinking lots of water and keep drinking it constantly throughout the day. Work out daily (if possible) and perhaps take a little bit of creatine to help your creatinine levels. You can also eat more red meat instead of taking a creatine supplement.

    There is no reason to stop working out a week in advance.
