So long story short, me and my girlfriend were together for about 7 months before I had to move upstate and for the last year and a half its been long-distance with me seeing her once or twice a month (every other weekend, fri-mon) Things are getting rough and she might be pregnant, and I can't find a job. She's almost left me like 5 times and I just feel like she wants out. So I've decided to look for a job for 6 months while trying my hardest to get into shape, and if I can't find a job I'm going to end the relationship and join the Air Force, and send her money for the baby. Anyways, this is going to be kind of a journal where ill just vent to you guys and keep you updated on how things are going and how my exercise program is working out. Here's my current body: You can't see in the pic, but I have really muscular thighs and calves. I mean rock hard haha.
good luck bro, got faith in ya. You can do both, youll be like those guys on the insanity infomercial and youll find yourself a job. Be a great dad hope it all works out and sometimes its just not meant to be.
Talked to this really chill girl I know who's planning on going into the navy, we're going to start training in the early morning together And she's fucking gorgeous. Double win.
Good luck to ya brotha. I went through a similar situation and lost 40 pounds and I'm definitely a lazy man so I'm sure you can manage.
Nice man! Best of luck to you! Here's some workout music! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uebInqG1pJI&list=PL033BD0D2B36E1B57&index=4&feature=plpp_video]Metallica Ride The Lightning - YouTube[/ame]
Not really. Randy has more of a barrel stomach with a lot less side fat. Good luck Flap! I lost 70 lbs a year ago by working my ass off for it. Losing that much weight will make you feel so accomplished and your self esteem will sky rocket (not saying you have low self esteem now).
I made a 5 month strength building plan based off air force physical fitness test standarts too. S stands for sit-ups, P stands for push ups. For instance: P: 8x20 That's 8 sets of 20 push ups throughout the day. Like it doesn't have to be a set time but I'm thinking like one set per hour, and its always coupled by a set of push ups 10 reps higher. This is also gonna be coupled with a 3.2 mile bike ride to her house, then an hour of jogging and then biking home every day at 6am. Here's a 3-month calendar of my workout routine in pdf starting today if anyone wants it:
You gotta have a solid, healthy diet plan too. The munchies could fuck you over on that one.
Do you know any good high-protein diets? I mean I don't wanna go like rocky balboa and drink raw eggs or anything lol. I wouldn't mind bumping up the boiled eggs and nuts tho.
Train to the Army's standards before you join the AF, and you'll smoke their physical fitness test.
I chose the air force just because they're a hell of a lot more chill. And they're famous for their drunken parties and having 4 day weekends. I'm thinking of going into the AF security forces too. Chilling around gaurding nukes and and checking IDs and shit wouldn't be too bad.
No I got you, I'm not saying don't join the AF. I'm saying before you do join the AF, train to Army's standards and you'll blow up the AF's PT test.
If your main focus is losing fat try to really focus on getting the most out of your diet, which can be very hard because the healthier choice isnt always the cheapest. Milk, Cottage Cheese, look into a whey protein. Cut out all high sugar drinks. The most essential part of getting in shape is dedication, if you can stay focused on your goal, you can really have huge gains in no time. Good luck!
