Fast Strains?

  1. Well i've been preparing to grow for my first time this year. What strains have a short flowering time?

  2. Perhaps some auto flowering strains are what your looking for.

  3. Perhaps so...

  4. So I basically read about that. Most plants with autoflowering characteristics need 18-24 hours of light per day?

  5. Yeah autos should be grown indoor. With outdoor conditions they only yield a few grams per plant :(

  6. Strain/Breeder: Brenda's skunkx NL, East Island seeds
Harvest time: July 19th/ Sept 3
    Latitude of grow: 38
    Location: Appalachia
Average yield: 3.5oz on the auto and 8 on the later
    Mold?: none
    Potency: I was impressed- 8
    Year of grow 2oo7
Growers notes: The autoflower, there were 2 females, finished really early. there were also 2 non autos which yielded pretty good. Good taste, minty. My first autoflowerer and I recommend it . I'm working the autoflower male of this strain.

  7. Am growing a WhiteWidow x SuperSkunk x Bubblegum and it has been in flower and is fully flowering now as at 19.1.10. Southern Hemisphere grow so for you in the North it would mean mid July. In my opinion that is pretty damn fast. Will be fully ready to harvest by 1.3.10 or for you 1.9.10.

Shortest flowering times I've seen is that of Mazar and DJ Short's Flo. Both strains finish in 7-8 weeks. Mazar is heavily influenced by it's Indica genes, while Flo is equally influenced by both. One interesting thing to note is that Flo has multiple harvests when it's grown outdoors.

  10. Thanks.

  11. Grew Hollands Hope outdoor last season, finished around september 15th and I didn't start it till july...yielded a qp in a 5 gallon bucket with ritual rookie abuse. hope this helped
