This is a reconstructed thread with all my photos moved here to GC. So this is a GDP grow, with some BF Blue Cheese, and DS Cotton Candy mixed in. And and....one bag seed.

The silly bag seed is the big one at the back left. It is 30 days old now and still this small.[IMG]

The best I can figure is this is day 17 from sprouting.

  6. So for Speed....

    Nutes:

AN Sensi Grow A&B pH Perfect
    AN Voodoo Juice
    AN B52
    AN Organic B1

I am mixing these 75% of recommended levels. pH is 5.4 after mix and then about 6.1 the next day  I have been following advice from AN.

My system is RDWC, with reservoir outside the tent, chilled to a temp of 68F.

My inside the tent temps range from 70 to 78 F. My humidity is 45-60%, but mostly around 55%.

My lights are 2x 600W Lumatek with HPS bulbs. Was using metal halide until I moved into the tent.

I have mucho negative pressure on the tent, those are both CAN fans, one is HO and one on carbon filter is regular 8". I have lots of air conditioned air being sucked into the tent. I exhaust everything outside in attic.

The chiller sits outside the tent by reservoir.

I check pH and PPM with HM handheld meters and a continuous wall mount unit.

PPM is currently 910 or so.

    Nutes changed every 7 days.

RO water used for nute mix.

Anything else you can think of to help solve the problem?

  7. Maybe I nute burned them during the days before move to the tent.... And now I am seeing the results of that burn. I am not sure. See the last picture in post #2.

  8. whoa... very subbed... I hope you will be providing weekly updates... I want to see the rest of the setup... even the intakes and where you exhaust... I can see you've put alot of work in...

I wouldn't be too worried about those early leaves... as long as the new growth looks good... once you get to flower you should be skinning the bottom of the plants anyway.. so those leaves are only temporary...

your not really following the AN calculator though... so maybe the 75% thing is a better idea...

    the calculator calls for

    sensi a
    sensi b

    voodoo
    big bud
    B52
    overdrive

AN's guarantee only extends to you using those particular products, not substitutions...

I can feel your pain here... but since your not completely following the calculator I would highly suggest you start correcting your PH... this might be why you have a light color to your plants(this also depends on what week of veg or flower your in, obviously veg.. but you understand you don't use all products at the same time, but I know AN uses particular products at specific times and for good reason)

    or....

you need to get the other two your missing to complete the set for the Hobbyist bundle

you have more than enough light for a 5x5.. but if that tent is any bigger your going to need more light

you have more than enough air flow... and filtering

I'd love to see the intakes, exhaust, chiller, and res...

but keep up the hard work and keep those pics rolling...

  9. I selected "Sensi Grow" in the drop down box...that is the vegetative Sensi two part chart. Is that the wrong one? The GDP is 17 days old now, I am calling this week two of veg.

The chart I selected only has the products I am using. I actually have the entire Grand Master line, but most of it is for flowering as I understand.

The tent is 4x8x8 and i have two 600's , I don't see how I can fit more lights in.

I have the vent open on the tent, that is where my negative pressure sucks from. The lights are sucking outside air from the room. The carbon filter is sucking from inside tent.

Thanks. I will stay on top of the pH and keep it 5.8.

  10. Speed...

Here is my exhaust to the attic

The carbon scrubber and light cooling exhausts through this Tee

This is air condition air sucked in across the lights only

This is my fresh air intake, being sucked by carbon scrubber and providing negative pressure to room.

Here are my ballasts wired to a 240V dryer outlet and heavy duty 240V timer. My waste disposal and water source are just behind the edge of the tent. And the RO system.

And here is the chiller and reservoir for 4 bubble buckets.

  12. That is the correct one...follow the calculator then....no ph'ing

My guess is problems with splash/over ferting before transplant like you suggested, remember....it's a weed

    Keep to the calculator.

  13. Whoa! That's sexy man....worth the wait

  14. Ok then next week I am going to full strength since that will be the third week of Veg. I did adjust pH just earlier to 5.8. Hope that is ok with you.

The schedule for flowering with grand master has about 15 ingredients. Going to be fun...

  15. Hi i19495,
Tihspeed asked me to pop in here and take a look at the problem because of my experience with AN's nutrient..

    My first question...
What kind of hose is that Red hose is which you're using????

Cause I'm believe that I am using the same hose, and I have been battling what seems to be the same issue...
At this point I'm thinking it's the "Farm & Ranch" hose causing the issue.....

So can you confirm that is or is not 3/4" x 75' Farm and Ranch Garden Hose....

Because I have done hundreds of these systems and never had a problem, until I used this hose on one...
It was $35 for 75' of 6ply, so figured shit, that's a cost saver, I'm thinking not now.... :D

    Very nice looking system...

  16. Jake,

Thanks for posting. The tubing I have came from McMasterCarr. But they advertise it as PVC tubing. I don't know if PVC is reactive at these pHs or not. But damn, what an idea. I wonder if I could duplicate the issue in a small test.
