Ok im starting to grow small plants for making hashish oil, which I will just clone the plants to keep making more but I need to know how to use a fan, I have a 6" fan in my area & its about 6-10 sq ft and im going to do 4 plants at a time, so if anyone can tell me what the fan's used for i'd appreciate it so i know how to use it. I've read about 30 grow guides now and none of them contained anything about a fan, I have it set up so I can monitor yhe temperature and humidity. So now what i need is knowledge on the fan
uhh im a noobert too but the fan is for like circulation of the air so the plant gets enough of what it needs and in many times people point them at the plants to make the stems stronger for a more durable grow, and fans keeps the temp down in ur grow box.
Hey. Just set up the fan to be about 6-12" away from the plants and blowing gently over them. The plants should be gently vibrating in the wing flow, not bent over at an extreme angle or anything. If it's an oscilating (sic?) fan make use of that setting Just leave this running constantly... Also if you've got a small or enclosed area, you should set up some sort of vent with a fan at the end to blow in cool air/expel hot air...
