Hi y'all, quick question. I have a 3x3x7 tent connected to a 6 Inch 440 CFM Inline fan. On that fan there is a speed changer from low-medium- and high. What would be the optimal speed I set that fan to for a tent my size? Thank you
It varies based on fan/carbon filter/air intake(s)/speed controller.. etc.. You need to adjust the fan so there isn't too much or too little negative pressure. I run my fan on low (just a bit more than the lowest you can turn it down). (In a 4x4 tent w/ filter)
The main reason to exchange the air is to remove air that is partially depleted of co2. I've checked co2 levels for various fan speeds (3' x 3' with 440 cfm 6"), and even 1/2 of the low setting kept co2 levels constant.
If your using it inline to cool lights as well I would say full speed ahead Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
