So my lights turn off at 7:30 AM and by 7:32 AM, the babies already looks droopy. Is it normal for them to droop so soon after the lights turn off? Once I get home around 6:30 PM (An hour before the lights turn on again) they look fine. Btw, the soil isn't dry so I ruled out not enough water.
It is normal. As long as they are fine when the lights are on, it shouldn't be an issue. As always, be cautious of overwatering. You should be careful about exposing your plants after lights out, it seems it can cause a hermaphrodite issue.
