Depends on how far away from your plants and how much velocity, takes quite a bit to cause an issue but i would run down to the hardware srore and pick up a new fan I been using a $30 fan for two years 365days a year still going strong...
Your leaves will start clawing if it's too much. I've had to play about with mine abit lately. But yeah defo run out and replace it asap!
Blow the fan above the plants.... problem solved. I mean, that should have been pretty obvious without having to ask.
Reverse the fan. The ambient air movement of the flow going in the opposite direction will be more gentle. Or buy a new fan. Thirty dollar, China.
