Ok before the flop muck you hand face down with aces or kings and be like oh I'm the small blind and shove if raised.
It's called angle shooting and they will lynch you once they figure out what happened. Plus some rules nit could always make a big fuss about your hand being dead because you mucked it. No good can come from these kinds of plans
Once your cards are thrown into the middle, they're dead, even if you're big blind. I simply do not care if you were drunk as f^&% or stoned or trying to pull a fast one at the table. Once the cards leave your hands in a muck motion, they're done, EVEN if you accidently folded your big blind. Tough shit... I won't be able to know for sure if it was an accident or on purpose and no one else would know either therefor the only fair way is to keep them mucked. Any real poker player will tell you the same I'm sure.
I think OP is referring to folding out of turn. Technically your hand is still live, but someone will complain if this is an angle.
