Fahrenheit 9/11, what do you guys think

  1. Yea man. The 99% of americans who think otehrwise should go stick our heads in the sand because the whacko extreme radical leftist think the film is the bible. I dont care if he made the movie or not, but to call it nething other than propaganda shows your ignorance of the facts. Dont let the support for his film on this site fool you into thinking it is nationally popular, 800 theatres is nothing and 2 million is shit for a film earnings. This is a majority left site with leftist views. That doesnt make their views wrong, but u have to look at both sides of the story before making a decision.

Moore made a film trying stressing his views of bush as a crappy leader. He did this by bending the facts and slanting all of the information in the film to the extreme left. Dont try to church it up, just call it what it is, and that is 100% propganda. Many of the "facts" in his movie have been proven to be misleading or completly wrong.

Just because you want it to be true doesnt mean it is. This film is like a big fart, it made a big scene for a second but went away. Noone saw it that wasnt a die hard liberal anyway. The swift boat vet adds however have given bush a 17% push among vets and a 3% among the total population but it is considered progaganda and 100% wrong. hmmmmm... I think the truth lies between the movie and what bush says. I think the truth about kerry is between his story and the SBV stories. Both cases are progaganda, one is just used far more effective.

  2. Uhmm, try over $100 million so far. Highest grossing documentary ever.

$100 million is respectable for any movie.

Not bad for blatant propaganda, huh? :smoke:

  3. I dont think the film made 100$ million in the u.s. that is world wide. Again, divide that by 8$ a person and that is only 12 or so million people. Respectable for a propaganda film, but like i said, the only peep who saw it were die hard socialist/liberals on the extreme left who already were not voting for bush. Moore should have released it in about oct because all the stink the movie made is gone. I hope 12 million people accually believed the movie and think it is 100% true, because that shows the utter lack of intelligence of some of the people in the country. Wishful thinking and your hatred of Bush arnt going to change the facts and make this movie a documentry, it is Propaganda, plain and simple. Nothing more or less. The film has been proven to contain many falsehoods and is very, very misleading. It is hilarious to me how much u want it to be true, it is also sad that the democratic party is so desperate for a win in Nov they will support such shit films as this. Not having a majority in the whithouse, the senate or the house really makes them feel powerless. I think the current Dem. party is out of touch with a majority of americans.

Also, it is funny how your propaganda machine gets a seat of honor at the DNC convention and that is ok, But when 1 add comes out atacking Kerry, Bush denounces it on the first day, (kerry never denounced the fllm) and all of a sudden all this propaganda must stop. Kerry needs to learn to roll with the punches and stop being a little bitch. Why the long face john?

  4. Hmm..

I thought it was going to actually be about 9/11 instead of an hour and a half about why Bush is a dumbass. I already know that. It covered some 9/11, but I read some article about CIA involvement and stuff, I guess I was hoping for something more interesting.

The part that bothers me the most about the film, is I know Bush is probably going to win this election too. I'm voting this year I decided (just not on who, Bush is a no), especially after someone came to my door and kept bugging me about it until I agreed to fill out an absentee ballot.

I also didn't pay for the film. I downloaded it and made a VCD, because quite frankly, Moore makes enough money and I don't. So the rest of America can feed his fat controversial ass. It was a good movie, but I expected a whole lot more.
