ok your buds might swell in the last week bud if its a indica dom strain week 6-8 is usually bud ripening although some strains pile on weight in last few days good luck
A 400w hps or a 315w cmh would be more appropriate for that tent. Soil won't help much for big yields either.

Hydro produces faster growth and larger plants in general because it provides more oxygen to the roots than soil. A soilless medium like coco or perlite that requires hand watering is the easiest hydro method.
