  1. ive had mite problems since the beginning. i warded them off with safers soap but it doesnt seem to work anymore. (i heard they become immune). those f*cking little bastards. yea i know...ill try spanishfly method if he still has the link under his name (other methods of permanent fatality would be appreciated too) i just felt like posting this because i am so f*cking annoyed:mad:

    DEATH TO MITES!

  2. Ive been seeing a few, I think its from cheap soil. I put a couple spiders in there and they took care of most.

  3. Yes thats exacty what it was from. I never had mite problems even outdoors as soon as i started my first indoor grow there they were and i narrowed the culpret down to cheap un-nuted soil (which i used instead of my usual TH-1)

Easy fix my friend. forget the soap and the rest of the crap suggested with pepper ect ect.

Simply goto your garden store and pick up some Neem Oil.

Take off all the 1/2 dead leafs (that the mites fucked up) and spray under EVERY leaf! liberally, then do the tops, soak it so much that the leafs droop. Do the same the next day.

If you didnt change the soil they will keep coming back which means you will have to treat them every 2 weeks with the neem.

This grow i cleaned out the entire room and soaked it down with clorox and sterilized the entire room and used my regular mixture, and i have now ZERO mite problems... the clones that had them on i sprayed and they are dead and have not returned those clones are now in flower and doing wonderful.

Reason i suggest neem is because it leaves a film of the stuff on the leaf for 2 weeks which keeps them at bay until it the film wears off. other methods does not do that so it simply kills them but then the rest thats in the soil are just waiting for it to dry up and jump right back on.

Get rid of that soil your using, cheap potting soil or top soil has mites in it.

  4. Greetings,

Dealing with mites or any pest for that matter means breaking their lifecycle. In the case of mites it takes 6 months to break their cycle. Your only real choices are to spray with neem as suggested, keep in mind neem must come into contact with the mites to be effective so great discipline must be taken in your spraying regimin, or to use the Euro method and use sulfur pots in the grow room instead, my preferred method.

  5. I use antibacterial dishsoap mixed with water as a spray for my outdoor plants it works great but pepper and tomato, would it harm the sacred herb?
