i don't know, i never tried it. It may work, but you need better lighting. And theres better setups you can build.

 

That doesn't look like a good kit for growing anything, but small herbs. Build yourself a hydro kit.

 

you could make a hydrow setup for up to 8 plants for that same price or cheap3r.

 

i dont think ther idea of large is the same as mine.

u wud need more light. the bucket looks ok 4 a mid size plant. i dunno if its a good price cus i only use real money (£s) but most things like this r well overpriced.

if u want to grow hydro (good way to grow) then read up on it 1st, find out as much as u can then start lookin 4 hydro systems. in the meantime start lookin 4 a cheep light. hps is good, size depends on how much and wher u wanna grow.
