ez cloner / peroxide

Discussion in 'Hydroponic Growing' started by knucklemonkey, Aug 31, 2011.

  1. I have a 30 unit ez cloner. It holds 5 gallons of water, so I added 1 ounce of CLEAR-REZ to kill off any potential bacteria.

I heard hydrogen peroxide is good for clone rooting in an ez cloner but if this is so then how much hydrogen peroxide would i use for 5 gallons?

cloning is so hard and i really want to get this working. thanks

  2. pure PH'd water brother... thats it... its all you need...

set a timer for three weeks.... done

waiting is a bitch... but as long as your stem is long enough and your cuts are clean you'll be fine

  3. i have the same cloner. I have had a hundred percent clone rate, but ive heard that alot of people have had problems with the ez cloner after a few uses..I take apart the whole thing, all the red screws, and use a tooth pick to clean them all out. They store a ton of junk and clog the misters... I just use dawn soap and hot water when i clean it...i hose it down for a while to make sure no sope residue. I use the clone rooter came with it, and with in 6-8 days i have healthy root system. The biggest problem imo is how quickly the 5 gal res heats up and kills any chance of clones.... Keep that shit in a cold room with like an LED light or something that doesnt generate heat and you`ll have huge sucess over and over...
