ez cloner method

  1. So I have started doing some cloning, the results have not been as good as all the posts and you tube videos I have watched and read. I guess my question comes in here if you dip your cut end into a cloning solution and then put it in a ez cloner or some other device like this won't all the spaying water wash that solution off??? I have one clone that rooted out of 10 and that took close to 3 weeks. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong???:smoke:

  2. If you're using an EZ cloner type of system, then use rooting gel (that sticks) or use a rooting solution in the reservoir. Most people don't put anything in the water or treat the cuttings at all -- I use 1/2 tsp per gallon of Jump Start, then once I see tiny roots, I flip 'em to plain RO. Good luck and be sure to check your res. temperature.
