  1. Yeah they look ok. You'll probably want to get them in to proper pots though, as you will get algae growing in the soil and on the roots. Are you growing them outside or under lights?

  2. Ah awesome! Yeah I figured as much about the pots - gonna wait a couple more days just to let these new leaves grow first, then get them into a bigger house - moving up in the world ;) Growing them outside and just moving them around to catch the sun, thinking I might fan them inside at night time.

Just got home from the lair, bought some high nitrogen fertiliser, keen to see if it does anything

  3. Roots dont like light.
    Put them in better containers.
The soil you have them in has a lot of wood in it. This can be too acidic.
Also should add perlite for better aeration.
You have very happy names on your plants....

  6. Aaaah fair enough i'll get em shifted over in two days tops. Already has some perlite but I might mix in more when transplanting. I was wondering about the wood just came in the potting mix I bought. Should look into a ph reader (got some time / wiggle room to work with while they're in soil yeah?)
Aw mate the happiest of names!! :p

  7. Perlite should be 1/3 of your mix.

  8. Oh damn okay I was unaware of that. Should be able to rectify that when transplanting right?

They in new pots - Famine's leaf bent during the process but it should be fine.
Gave them a mix of potting mix, coir and perl.
    Now to wait..
