eye drops that have frozen

Discussion in 'Beginner Cannabis Consumption & Tips' started by HippieKid, Sep 28, 2009.

  1. alright so i have 2 bottles of eye drops. the things is i left them somewhere real cold and they froze. i brought them into my room and let them thaw back out. now they are liquid again, but i was wondering if it is still ok to use them?

  2. No I would personally not use them because you never know what the freezing process did to them.

  3. I wouldn't just incase.... It's not wort the risk, then again, I could be completely wrong.

  4. I don't think it's a big deal.. Use them.

Freezing is just a physical change, correct? It's as if water freezes, then thaws, it's still water.

I think. Don't quote me on that.

  5. This guy is right.

  6. I think cool eyedrops are fantastic
    not frozen though

  7. im pretty sure there ok.it's not like you put them in the microwave.heat if the only thing that can really change the way the cell attack.cold only slows them down, and when frozen they don't move.

  8. Mmm I wouldn't. Medications are suppose to be kept at a specific temperature, I don't know if anything bad would happen though, probably not but.

  9. Just tried it. Rotho Cool Max ones work perfectly! They froze for a while through the winter in my car. Even repeated freezing and thawing. For a while there were little white flecks at the bottom. Possibly small ice crystals though not sure. They worked just fine!
