Extremely odd

  1. Isn't there usually only 2 small leaves attached to the near end of the stem. Mine has three is this just a benign mutation?

  2. The plant is fine.
    Do not worry about it.
     
  3. It's a mutation in the genetic structure of the plant.

    That's what we growers call a trifoliate. They tend to have bad traits like slow growth, smaller yeild, and not being able to fight bugs/infections off.

    I've had a few trifoliates in my time, last grow had one. Realy spindly stems.. :(

    But another on was like a regular plant that was already topped and LST'D.

    IMHO, it's nothing to worry about, but most growers toss mutants.
