Guys my Northern lights autoflower have been under 12/12 from seed and they're showing white hair but they're not even 3 weeks old. What should I do? I don't wanna waste the space for a plant this size if I can't make it go veg again :/ I have 7 plants and 4 of them are showing 1 to 4 white hairs. The picture shows them on the right side I don't have any close up picture now but just for you to have an idea of how small they are.. Please any tips suggestion would be so highly appreciated!! Because I have them in the same room as other strains that aren't auto flowers. The question is: can they be fixed or just waste of space in the grow room? Thank you Sent from my Mi A3 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
you can't stop an auto from flowering.....once it starts.......an auto runs its life how it wants......so you can either keep em til harvest....or toss em...........Id keep em tho
I think I'm gonna transplant them to much smaller pots then, just so I'm not wasting a 3 gallon pot for a miniature flower. Smart idea?? Thanks for the help guys Sent from my Mi A3 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
The 12/12 didn't do a damn. Doesn't matter what light schedule you had them under, they are not photo sensitive. You can grow them under any light cycle and they'll flower when they flower, no matter what. Three weeks is a fairly normal time frame for AF to commence flowering. However, what may have occurred is due to lack of light, your plants did not get to the size that you would have hoped for prior to the genetic code telling it to flower. In order to proceed I would keep them in the pots they are in, bump up the light schedule to 24. They may fill out a bit. If they are in the same room, as it appears, as other flowering photos, and you won't be able to alter the light schedule, and you don't have another tent, then I would just leave them in the pots they're in and hope they fill out. To transplant now, especially into a smaller pot is just risking stress to the plants. Let them be.
Thanks bro. I just bought a tent 80x80 and im gonna throw them inside there and put them under 24h light to see if they give a nice stretch Sent from my Mi A3 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
The added daylight length will definitely help it pick up some growth. It can still produce a fair amount as long as it goes smoothly from here on out
Continue with veg nutes until the time when you'd planned to switch to flower. It'll need the veg support for buds. It will veg even while it's flowering. Also, 24/0 isn't advisable for hermie reasons. 18/6 would likely be less shocking. Lotsaluck gde Amused to death.
