Extreme nausea from withdrawl

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by silenceme, Aug 1, 2012.

  1. Fuck.

Yesterday I didn't smoke until much much later in the night and not enough to spark my appetite. All I ate yesteday was 1 bannana (felt sick eating it), and 1 apple (didn't finish it, felt sick the more I chew it).

I also stayed up really late, entire time starving but also feeling sick. It's like the pain for starving gets turned off and becomes uncomfortable, but of course in my head I KNOW I gotta eat something. The thing is, once food is my mouth, INSTANT nausea. I usually will cough/spit a lot, and feel like i'm on the verge of throwing up. Yet I never do. Sometimes I get very close but I just breathe and drink water and I have to stop eating.

Obviously, this isn't very healthy.....So I'm trying to cut back, but I NEED to eat. Exercise or anything does not work, the only thing that will work is weed and abstinence. The problem is, the nausea lasts for a couple days....a couple days with barely any food can't be good for me.

If anyone else gets this, is there anything that helps besides the obvious not smoking? (which I haven't really smoked the past 2 days anyways)

  2. this same thing used to happen to me when i started smoking everyday. i just took a break and got used to eating high and sober

  3. Listen, you feel insanely shitty because you are not eating, you are not taking care of yourself. You think you can eat like a piece of fruit in a day and not feel like COMPLETE garbage, do you know how your body works?

You need to get food in you early in the day, yes you might have to force it down, your appetite WILL stimulate.. when you're stopping weed and experiencing discomfort, really it's not very much at all to deal with unless you just exasperate it by doing dumb stuff like just not eating.
