Extracting oil from Hasish?

  1. Hi, i really dont get high anymore so im thinking of making some oil. What are the best and healthies methods of extractin THC/CBD Oil from Hasish?

  3. As far as health goes, you may want to avoid using acetone. It 'can' be used to perform extractions, but the vapors, and
    any trace solvent left behind in your finished product, can be quite toxic. Most people will use isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol,
    before acetone, and if you do just be sure it's above 90%.



    We recommend and use easily evaporated food/lab grade ethyl alcohol for our extractions.... meaning that, even on the off-
    chance some solvent is left behind, it's perfectly safe for consumption! :hello:

    I also run ethyl alcohol through my dry sift, then filter the solution, to remove the cuticles or 'husks' of the trichomes. :)

    You can go on to make your hash oil active and bioavailable, by performing decarboxylation on the plant matter first,
    then infusing with a preferably medium-chain triglyceride containing oil, or lipid source.
