I have some left over seeds from my first grow and I was wondering could I leave them in their original breeders package for a few months till my next grow?
Keep them cool, dry, and dark. In the packet is fine. Put some uncooked rice in the packet with the seeds, acts as a desiccant, then fold down the top and close with a paper clip.
I agree with the two posts above for proper storage, but I had a 30 year old seed of my Dad's that was in a matchbook for the last 30 years in the garage. Put it between two paper towels, it sprouted. Plants want to live and reproduce, it's hard to stop them
