my plants are 5 days old .... im thinking of going S.O.G Sea Of Green you know 12/12 on my lights .........just to see if i would reconize a rapid grow rate or not ill give it bout a week and if no improvements ill 24 / 7 it
Why 12/12?? That will STOP vegetative growth and make it flower. As they are only 5 days old will probably kill it. You really should do a little background reading on this.
