Expanded Post Ratings

I thought it was a good idea if users could click any of the Post Rating totals and get a list of posts with that rating. The more I think about it the more useful it gets. Does it qualify as a minor or major amount of work?

 

Individual users don't have millions of discussions and posts. They have dozens or maybe hundreds. A few have thousands. Certainly useful for the vast majority of users imo. It would be helpful to know at a glance who's giving you public ratings for any given category. The same info is available elsewhere on this site but only per single post, as far as I know.
