Exercise, healthy diet, and drug tests

  1. Disclaimer: I've searched, I've checked the stickies, I've used google, but I figure I'll ask anyways.

    I've been curious lately about how likely I would be to pass a drug test. I use marijuana maybe 1-3 times per week, sometimes none, but rarely more than 3.

    I'm 5'6", 146 lbs (+/- 3 lbs depending on various factors), 10.9% BF (+/- 1%).

    I exercise 6 days a week. (sometimes 5 if I'm very busy, 7 if I have nothing going on). Exercise consists of at least 20 minutes of intense cardio (1.5 mi in under 10 minutes, intervals, basic running, whatever. I mix it up), some days I do up to an hour. I do weight training as well. (If it's worth noting, I lost 35 lbs in 2010 from changing my habits to healthier ones AND started using pot in that time :)) And when I exercise, I sweat A LOT. And I mean enough to have almost my entire shirt drenched. Keep in mind, this is daily or near-daily.

    I eat healthy. I don't eat fast food. Ever. Even when I'm high. I won't describe what I eat, but I keep it healthy, in moderation, and natural when possible. (I also avoid junk food at all costs. Munchies for me could be a PBJ sandwich on whole grain bread with natural strawberry jelly and organic PB. Or a grilled chicken sandwich with steamed broccoli on the side. You catch my drift).

    I drink a lot of water. Not because of pot, but because it's healthy. I urinate frequently as well (within healthy limits, proportional to water intake).

    If anyone can shed some light on this, that would be helpful.

  2. Go to a smoke shop and pick up a piss test, it's pretty much the easiest way to tell you to be honest.
     
  3. Damn you must me be in good shape :D! Respect for the discpline I guess you don't have kids LOL

    but I'm pretty sure you won't pass a drug test just because of being ridiculously healthy. You won't sweat your thc traces out in a couple of cardio sessions.

    And I bet you're right, but as shipwreck mentioned, I'm going to pick up a couple home tests of my own to see. Maybe one of those FirstCheck DTs. I've passed those before, but I've lost even more weight and gained even more muscle since I took those (and, to my surprise, passed, albeit with a "weak negative" after months of continuous smoking; test was administered with about a week of abstinence).
     
  5. Just spend $30 at a headstore and pickup quick fix synthetic urine... keep it warm and you're golden.

    At least, that's always a backup option if your hometests keep coming up dirty.
     
  6. I think no matter how healthy you are your gonna need a break as well as some cranberry juice or something... I dont really get what this thread is asking
