    I'm sick of buying weed so me and my friends have decided on growing a pot plant. We will be growing it in a basement.

    So I need to know pretty much everything about it, I'm researching it right now as well. But I know this is no easy task, but I'm determined to stick with it.

    The plant is for 6 people. How many should I grow?

    That's the amount they use to figure amount for prosecution. Roughly $4000 per plant.

    Research everything thoroughly before starting any growing. Make sure you know everything about anything. The more you know, the better your plant will be, the more you yield. I haven't grown persoanlly, but I am making sure I know absolutely everything before I even attempt it. I want my first time to be right, not waste time and start over.

    I see where you're coming from blunt, because I did a lot of research before starting as well. But I differ in that after about 2 months worth of reading(By NO means did I or DO I know all there is to know on growing) and I decided to pick up a 4 clones from my local dispensary and start growing. A lot of the info I read helped, some didn't. Hands on has always been an excellent addition to study. Pulled 5 1/2oz off 4 plants, good quality. The dispensary and I are already talking about helping each other out. AND that first grow was nothing but MG soil and nutes! It is a weed after all.

    Haha well the DEA hasn't exactly been the most reliable source when it comes to marijuana. You should take some time, like everyone else suggested, to look at our Growing Section and do some outside research, most likely reading, on growing.

    That's pretty freaking sweet budlover, I hope everything goes well between you and the dispensary :) Unfortunately, I still live with my parents and we have a perfect basement for growing, but my parents are completey against it :( Could easily hold 50+ plants.
