I'm quite partial to Date Rape and Summertime by Sublime, it's a tie. Of course there's always Smoke Two Joints, but that smoke got stale when I was, like, sixteen and my bro had a ritual method where we HAD to smoke to the sound of the bong hit in the song. We didn't even have a bong. Ever. I might start doing that again for nostalgia.

When your super stoned Pink Floyd is always amazing, dark side of the moon is one of my favorite albums. I like rap a lot as well, probably The Come Up by AZ and Respiration by Blackstar are two of my favorite stoned songs.
Viscera Eyes by The Mars Volta. That song really creeps up on you the first time you hear it... I love it.
