    I sent them a eMail about my seeds that came in cracked .. and they sent me

    apologies to hear this. if possible, please email pictures and we will arrange for a full refund to be issued back to your card'

    No refund made or to a seed re-sent ..

    I sent them another email .. and it has been 13 days!

    They don't seem very good about returning emails. Thats why I haven't done business with them.
