has anyone ever ordered seeds using a visa or american express prepaid gift card?? someone on here said you can but i tried to at the docs and it it wouldnt let me. are there any seed banks in canada that will ship to the us. im thinking maybe its because it was an overseas shipment or something. any suggestions?? if i cant do this how long will it take and what are my chances on even getting my seeds if i send cash or a money order??
