Well, I might spend half that paper defining negative in a very proper manner, and then shoot onto things like, "your eyes aren't as wet sometimes" or "I get hungry and usually I don't have any good food around my house," but I would end by stating the worst side effect that can happen to anyone smoking pot is getting caught and being forced to write a ridiculous paper on the negative side effets.

"The worst effect, by far, of using marijuana is the unjust and illogical legal consequences peaceful smokers face."

See this way you're telling them truth but still answering their question about the dangers of weed.
