Error while making Oil - please help!!!

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by BOYD3025, Apr 16, 2012.

  1. I am making an oil out of some BHO, coconut oil, and soy lecithin. Following Bad Kat's method, I usually bake my mix at 220 double wrapped in foil. Then I freeze it for 8 hours and bake again for an hour. I do this for 3 hours in the oven. This time I left it in for 2 hours before it's first freeze. What should I do? Did I kill it?

  2. as long as it isn't black/burned, you should be fine.

  3. You should be fine, your oil may be a little more 'sleepy' is all, it may or may not be any less potent depending what you're looking for. :)

More of your D9-THC will have converted to CBN and D8-THC by the time you're finished, which can result in a less active, less cerebral, more sleepy and lazy effect (nothing wrong with that every once in a while, or you may find you prefer it more often than an active, cerebral effect :) ).
