yeah, like this: View attachment 96962 (I'm assuming you're on a windows machine) Take you screen shot, paste it into "Paint" (accessories/paint), save it as a jpg. Attach the jpg to the post or upload it to a photo sharing site and copy the image location to the post.
there should be a button on your keyboard that says "print scr". its above the insert, home, end keys. right next to the scroll lock.
i pressed attach on the last one i deleted but it didnt show up which is why i deleted it...so hopefully this one works edit: nope edit 2: got it
