Is a Hemipro 3 Led Worklight/13w cfl/ Stick-n-Click led enough light for one plant in a small box, also does lining it with tin foil help?
No, Tin Foil creates hot spots..light can get focused and reflect on one spot...use mylar or flat white paint. As for lights CFLs are cheap get the biggest ones they sell at Lowes Home Depot. 13w CFL wont cut it.
You're best bet is to do a bit of research before you start your grow so you're not wasting time and money. Remember plan before you plant and you cant do that without the knowledge, so id say that's your first step.
You can get 2 t12 48' 40 watt bulbs with 3150 lumens each and a fixture to put them in for 15 bucks at lowes, Id go get that.
