ok, so i faced my first problem today when i went shopping. i was planning on getting some lights (6500k 23w and 2700k 42w). however, when i asked the guy at the store he couldnt find it. it seems that when it goes to 6500k it becomes a huge circle shaped tube. i tried to look for a cfl but nothing... also, i think i may have the meaning of K confused... when i asked the guy at the store where i look on the package to look at the K values, he told me that it was the same thing as a unit abbreviated (lm). is that right? if it is then i couldnt find anything close to 6500k that was small enough. could it be that its a different unit and i have to convert it? keep in mind i live in Asia, so it may very well be that we use different measures. please help, thanks. another thought i had was to do a hydroponic grow. i found something kinda cheap here: http://www.eco-guerrilla.com/qd-01.html 1) would this work? 2) if so what kind of lighting would i need? any ansewrs to any of these qurestions would be really appreciated. thanks i nadvamce.
