Eligibility in Health Canada?

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by 5cooby Doo, May 3, 2013.

  1. Below I quoted Health Canada's marijuana eligible problems. I suffer from: Degenerative Disc Disease (spine), herniated and bulging disc (spine), pinched nerves, chronic pain in spine, chronic muscle pain, migraines. Would I be eligible under Category 1?

  3. I would think so, yes. I suffer from Epilepsy and I'm going to be going trough the same process. (I'm in Ontario)

I believe any type of chronic pain is labeled as a Category 1 ailment.

  4. To an uneducated layman you look exactly like Cat 1. All you can do is apply and see what our overlords decide.
You are lucky to have a doctor who will sign the paperwork.
